Returns/ Exchanges & Warranty
Store Credit or an Exchange can be applied if your item is approved by our team. If your item is defective or does not match your order please proceed by doing the following:

Returns are valid for 28 days from the date of receipt or at any time items arrive defected. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request.
Items are to be returned unused, unaltered, undamaged, re-packed in the original packaging (exactly as you received them) and reach us within 28 days from the date of receiving your package.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges if you need a different ring or bracelet size or to replace an item if they are defective or damaged. We do no offer exchanges for change of mind.

Items are to be returned unused, unaltered, undamaged, re-packed in the original packaging (exactly as you received them) and reach us within 28 days from the date of receiving your package.
Please note for exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We will ship out your replacement free of charge once only.
For hygiene reasons we cannot process exchanges nor returns for earrings.
REFUNDS
A strict no refund policy applies to all our products unless the condition of the purchased item differs from the advertised description.
WARRANTY
All Bare Jewels pieces come with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. This does not include oxidisation of pieces.
If you jewellery has a manufacturing fault, we will gladly offer you an exchange or a store credit, however, all pieces must be returned in the original packaging and all jewellery tags must be attached.

Natural oxidisation may occur over time if you have not adhered to our jewellery care guide. All pieces returned under the warranty will be assessed to determine the cause of the fault and may take up to 4-6 weeks for a replacement to be shipped out.
